So, this is my husband (almost 8 years ago!)!
This is what has happened to our lives since.
This is what my husband needs (a new hip).
These are the little cuties that we have been entrusted with (whom I would not trade for anything in the whole WORLD!) which has made it difficult for us to have the resources needed to replace Rob's hip.
This is what I am going to do to make sure we have the resources to replace his hip and give my sweet husband back his life.

The full story--
My husband has had serious problems with his hips his whole life. Back when he was a teenager the doctors told him he needed to replace his hip but he wanted to wait as long as he could to do that surgery. You can only replace your hip so many times and they only last so long so we were trying to wait as long as possible to do his surgery.
However, the past two years his hip has steadily gotten worse and worse until now we are at the point where everyday things cause him excruciating pain. Driving a car, mowing the lawn, playing with the girls, and a whole host of other seemingly normal everyday activities cause him so much pain sometimes he can't walk the next day. He also can't do many things he loves doing like playing sports, running, and doing fun things with our kids.
So, the time has come. We do have insurance but our out of pocket expenses are still going to be substantial as well as AT LEAST 4 weeks recovery time before he will be able to go back to work.
Watching your spouse in pain is extremely difficult and I am so tired of seeing him suffer every single day. He has stood by and supported me and I am determined to do the same for him and give us the resources needed to have his surgery by the end of the year.
I am blessed to to have three of the cutest little people on earth whom I spend my days (and unfortunately sometimes long nights) with so I had to get creative. So this is what I am going to do to give my husband back his life.
